Publisher Snowman and developer Agens have confirmed that Skate City, which previously launched on Apple Arcade in September 2019, will be heading to PS4, Xbox One, Switch, Steam and the Epic Games Store on May 6th.
Skate City takes a laid-back approach to skateboarding as you travel around real-life skate locations in Los Angeles, Oslo, and Barcelona with some relaxing lo-fi beats to accompany you.
You can skate at your own pace and soak up the atmospheric sights in Endless Skate, or you can set it up a notch and test yourself in Challenge mode, where there will be over 100 challenges to complete. Either way, there will be plenty of slick tricks, grinds, and combos to pull off. If your anything like me, the infamous line of “one more try” will follow after attempting a trick…
You’ll also have the option to customise your skate character in some cool-looking threads, along with purchasing the dream skateboarding set up.
During the first week of launch, the game will be on sale for $9.99. After this time, the game will be available for the price of $14.99.
Will you be cruising the scenery when Skate City launches on May 6?
