Alliance players can solo queue into Battle for Azeroth’s LFR instances by talking with Kiku, located inside Boralus’ inn.
BFA LFR Queue for Horde Players
Horde players can solo queue into Battle for Azeroth’s LFR instances by talking with Eppu, located inside the Great Seal, by the Inscription trainer in the second floor to the right as you port in.
