In continuation of our ongoing efforts to clear Black Desert Online from players using third party tools to gain an unfair advantage,
we have permanently banned 119 accounts from Black Desert Online today with the following breakdown:
- Speedhack/bot: 45
- RMT (Real Money Trading): 74
Account safety
Remember to always keep your account safe. Do not share your account details with anyone, and activate Two Step Authentication.
If an account has been detected for third party software, that account will be banned, regardless of who used the software on it. Even if it was someone else that used your account, the responsibility lies with you and we will not unban an account after it has violated the Terms of Use.
Resist the temptation to purchase “services” from advertisers you may see online or occasionally in-game. These services are against Terms of Use. They are also generally fraudulent and will either use illegitimate methods – even if they claim not to – to achieve whatever they advertise, or they will simply scam you for your account or money.
