Papa’s Mocharia To Go!: Stations Explained

Papa’s Mocharia To Go! is the latest game in the Papa’s Games series. It released on March 2, 2021 for Android, iOS, and Amazon Fire tablets. You can purchase the game from the Apple App Store, GooglePlay, and the Amazon Appstore for $1.99 United States Dollars.

The plot of the game is simple. Papa Louie has opened a coffee shop in the city of New Pepperton. You apply for a job as the barista of Papa’s Mocharia, which is the name of the coffee shop. After you are hired, you learn that a film is being made about the coffee shop and you are the star. Under the watchful eye of the documentary crew, you will be preparing drinks for your customers.

The game begins with a tutorial section explaining the process for making a customer’s order. The process for making an order is broken down into four “stations”. The fist station is the Order Station. This is where you copy down each customer’s order onto an order ticket. You can tap the tickets along the top to see zoomed versions of each ticket.

After you have an order, you head over to the Brew Station to begin preparing the drink. The base for any drink is milk and espresso. Here you’ll use the brewing machines to froth milk and brew espresso. Each order calls for a certain amount of milk and espresso. For example, the tutorial order calls for 2 shots of milk and 2 shots of espresso.

The next step in the order process is to prepare the milk and espresso. You begin by filling a tumbler with the required amount of milk. Two shots means you need to fill the tumbler to the second line. To do this, you tap and hold the Pour Button. Afterwards, the brew machine will automatically start frothing the milk.

Tap the milk or the coffee button to begin preparing the drink.

While you wait for the milk to finish frothing, you can begin preparing the espresso. To start, you begin by selecting how many shots of espresso you need. Next, you need to tamp the coffee grounds before brewing the espresso. Tap the Tamp Button when the meter is centered in the green area. The espresso will begin brewing. When the milk and espresso are finished brewing, drag the tumblers to the Finish Area to send it to the Build Station.

The Build Station is where you assemble your customers’ drinks. At first, the order ticket may seem confusing, but it’s simple once you understand how to read it. You start by adding the ingredients on the left before the ones on the right. For the tutorial order, you drag the milk to the tumbler slot on the left and the espresso to the tumbler slot on the right.

Begin preparing the drink by adding the milk first. Next, add the Salted Caramel syrup and then the espresso.

The next thing you need to do is choose a cup size. The tutorial order calls for a small cup. Again, start with the items on the left of the ticket. Drag the bins so the nozzle for your milk tumbler on the left is centered above the cup. Hold the Pour Button to keep adding the milk. If the meter gets close to the red area, release the Pour Button and wait for the needle to go down be pouring some more. Remember to add the other ingredients to the drink as they are called for on the ticket. Once you are finished assembling the drink, click the green checkmark to send it to the Topping Station.

The Topping Station is where you put the finishing touches on your customers’ drinks as well as make their cannoli. A cannoli is an Italian pastry that your customers will order alongside their drinks. The Topping Station works similar to the Build Station. You add ingredients to the drink by scrolling through the bins, centering it above the cup, and tapping the bin. One difference is that some ingredients require you to move the cup as you pour them.

Now that you’ve finished making the drink, it’s time to make the cannoli. The first step is to tap the Cannoli Button found in the Topping Station. There are different types of cannoli shells, filings, and toppings to choose from. You choose the ingredients based on the order ticket.

Drag the bins until the required shell is centered above the platform. Tap the Drop Button to choose the shell. The bins will now show nozzles. Scroll through the bins until you find the required cream. Center the nozzles on the opening in the cannoli shell and tap the Fill Button to add the cream.

To finish the order, drag the order ticket onto the ticket holder.

The bins will now show toppings. Again, scroll through the bins until you find the toppings you need. Center the bins on the cannoli cream, and tap the add button to sprinkle the toppings onto the cannoli. The order is now complete. Drag the order ticket onto the ticket holder to deliver it.

That covers the basics of taking orders in Papa’s Mocharia To Go!, but there is still much left to talk about. In our next article, we will discuss the different features of the game.
